When a driver clocks out late for a task via DriveOn or the Bytecurve TimeClock 360 device, if the task code is configured to "Allow with reason", they will be presented with the ability to select one of the following reasons for the Late Clock Out.
- 0 Clock Out at scheduled time
Note: This will always be listed first, and serves as an indication that the driver intended to clock out at the time the task was scheduled to end if they were somehow prevented from doing so at the scheduled time. - Added Stops
- Delay at school
- Drug test
- Extra work
- Fueling
- In-service
- Mechanical Breakdown
- Meeting with supervisor
- New route time
- Other
- Pre-trip extra bus
- Shop run
- Student issue
- Traffic on route
