Before you set up the Parent App app on your phone, please keep the following information handy:
- Your students' Student ID
- The bus your student rides. Your school district should have provided you instructions on how to get this information. If you don't have this information, please contact your school district.
- The access code for your school district
You do not need route or stop information to set up Parent App on your phone. You will be creating your own 'alert zones' or areas along the path of the buses you want to be notified on, and whenever the bus enters this zone, you will be notified.
The Bytecurve Parent App app can be downloaded in the Google Play Store on Android devices and the App Store for iOS. Simply search, "Parent App", and download it on to your device. After you download and launch the app, you will see the following screen. You can sign in with your existing Google or Apple account if you have one, or use your email address to sign up.
