1. From the login page, click on ‘Forgot password?’.
2. The ‘Forgot Password’ screen is displayed. Enter the email address used with your account and click on ‘Submit’
3. A message is displayed indicating that a reset code has been sent to your email address.
4. The above message will disappear within five seconds and the ‘Reset Password’ screen is displayed:
5. Check your email for an email from ‘support@bytecurve.com’ with the subject line ‘Your verification code’. Open this email and note, or copy, the reset code, which is a six-digit number.
6. In the Reset Password screen, please enter your user id, your reset code and a new password. The password must satisfy the following rules:
- At least eight characters long
- Contain at least one upper case and one lower case alphabet
- Contain at least one numeric value.
- Contain a special character (!, @, #, $, %, &]
Click on Submit.
7. The system will return to the display of the user login screen. You should now be able to login using your user id and your new password.
If you get an error message, please go back to the login screen and attempt to login again using your user id and the newly created password.
