Bytecurve360 (Scheduling & Dispatch, Time & Attendance)


New features:

  1. Ability to import Runs into the B360 system, from Run and Stop data provided in Excel files in a pre-defined format. This can be used to bulk upload Runs when there is no routing software being used to define routes, or when access to such a software is not available through an API.
  2. Access to operational data in the B360 system, through a set of API methods.  These can be used to extract data from B360 to feed customers' internal reporting and analytics platforms.
  3. Tablet application for Synovia tablets, that allows employees to sign-in and sign-out of their tasks and view their approved hours.  This can be used as a supplement to the Dispatch Clock application that goes with the B360 system.


Enhancements:

  1. User Management enhancements to enable an admin user re-activate a deleted user account.
  2. Employee list in various drop-down lists is now sorted in alphabetical order by first name.
  3. System will not allow a task code to be deleted if it is a 'Master task-code' in a guarantee rule
  4. Provision to re-set the employee-phone affiliation for users of the DriveOn mobile application.  This will allow the phone to be re-used by another employee.


Bug fixes:

  1. Task list displayed on the Dispatch Clock, DriveOn app and various tablet devices are sorted in the increasing order of scheduled task start time.


Known issues:

  1. The Task Group filter in the Time & Attendance Verification screen does not currently work; this will be addressed in the next release.
  2. Excel import of Runs: the system does not currently allow a Run being imported to be updated or deleted if the Run had originally been added to the system through an automated Route interface.
