Under certain circumstances it may be required to sign in and/or out multiple employees for their scheduled tasks on a given day. This arises when employees forget to use one of the electronic methods to sign themselves in and/or out.
Note: you can sign employees in and/or out one by one by using the manual sign in and/or out feature in Dispatch.
To accomplish the task of signing in and/or out multiple employees Bytecurve 360 has a Multi-employee sign in feature. This function can be found under Operations > Dispatch > Frequently Used > Multi employee sign in.
After selecting Multi employee sign in a pop-up appears. This pop-up window is best described in two sections.
- In the top section you will find the filter criteria to assist you in identifying the tasks/employees you wish to sign in, out, and/or cancel. The filter options are:

- Task ID – if you know the name of the specific task you would like to sign in, out, and/or cancel you can enter it here.
- Dispatch Type – you can filter the tasks/employees by the Dispatch that the tasks are assigned to.

- Task Code – you can filter the tasks/employees by the Task Code. This is defined by the task code assigned to the task.
