The following are the changes in the current release, dated December 8, 2021.

Bytecurve360 (Scheduling & Dispatch, Time & Attendance)

New features:

  1. An interface has been added to Zonar's Ground Traffic Control, to update employee badge ID and PIN when a new employee is added in B360 or when an existing employee record is updated.

Enhancements:

  1. Replaced 'Auto' with the actual device identifier in the Details section of the payroll verification screen, when indicating where the task's sign in/out event occurred.
  2. Zonar and Synovia tablet applications: the selected date is now added as a header in the Hours->Task details popup.  This will require a tablet app upgrade that will be made available sometime after the back-end release.

Bug fixes:

  1. Shifting of school times in a Run, in response to calendar events occurs twice in certain situations when the school stop is in the middle of a Run.  This issue is addressed.
  2. When defining school calendar events, when the date is changed all selected schools are removed.  This issue is now addressed.
  3. When a calendar event is being defined shifting both school start and end times, only school end time is displayed in the school selector screen.  This is fixed to display both school start and end times.
  4. School calendar 'Event date' field is now disabled when defining a recurring event across a date range
  5. Updated link labels under the 'Frequently used' options in the Schedule, Dispatch and Time and Attendance Verification screens.  Also updated the wording on the Mass Time-shift popup screen.
  6. When a school stop or a regular stop is updated on the map view of a Run, the data is not saved.  This issue has been fixed.
  7. Fixed an issue so that the Master task code and its description is always unique within a sub-company.
  8. Pay period start date in the Operational Settings(Payroll tab) is now mandatory, as this is used in different functions within the app.
  9. DriveOn app: clicking on Task List  menu item reloads the Home screen, this action was missing before.
  10. DriveOn->Change Password screen - fixed an issue where the error text under 'Retype Password' did not disappear even when the passwords matched.
  11. DriveOn: a typo in the child check alert message has been corrected
  12. Fixed an issue related to the visibility of future pay periods on the Verify Hours->Pay Periods screen.
  13. Employee pay-rate import file: fixed so that the header values can be case insensitive.
  14. When an employee rate-set is updated, the updated timestamp and 'updated by' values of the previous rate-set was also getting updated, this  has now been fixed.
  15. Fixed an issue with the 'Updated by' and the 'Updated date/time' values when the employee pay-rates are updated.
  16. When importing a pay rate file, if there are no changes to any of the rates for an employee, that record is ignored (before the fix, a new rate-set was being added with the same values).
  17. Mass Time Shift: System was preventing the time-shift when yard departure/return time matched the task start/end times respectively.  This restriction is removed and can be used for tasks where both walk time and pre/post times need to be zero.
  18. Reporting API GetDailyTasks method: (i) The system was returning an error when the returned data include verified guarantee tasks for future dates. This has been fixed. (ii) When using the 'From / To timestamp' parameters to pull Daily Task data, certain tasks that did not include depot assignments were not being returned.  This is fixed.

Known issues from this release:

  1. When importing employees, the success message after a successful import indicates that Zonar's Ground Traffic Control (GTC) application was not updated, if the location has not checked the option for auto-updating GTC with Employee badge ID and PIN.  The import function works as expected in either case.
