The following are the changes in the upcoming 'January' release.  This will be available February 2nd, 2022


Bytecurve360 (Scheduling & Dispatch, Time & Attendance)


New features:

  1. Transfinder Plus integration has been added to the list of automated routing interfaces available in B360.
  2. Added provision to create Monitor tasks when importing Master Schedule tasks, by including the number of monitors required for each Master task.
  3. Provision to import employee pay rates from ADP through a nightly batch process (for customers that use ADP and need rates to visible in the B360 system).


Enhancements:

  1. Guarantee rule definition: added the ability to define guarantee rules such that the rule will kick in if the employee has performed ANY of the selected Master Tasks (the current implementation looks for the employee to have performed at least one task with ALL of the checked Master task codes and this option is no longer available).
  2. Increased the font size of the time display on the Dispatch Clock, for better visibility to employees.
  3. Updated the text of certain network related error messages on the Dispatch Clock, to be more meaningful to end-users.
  4. Enhanced the 'settings' screen in the Dispatch Clock application to include clock model and Android version that could help diagnose issues
  5. Increased the size of the buttons on the bottom tool bar of the Dispatch Clock, for better usability.

        All the above Dispatch Clock enhancements will also be reflected in the Synovia tablets that have the Bytecurve clock
        application installed


Bug fixes:

  1. The API method to GET Daily Tasks using a date parameter returns a 500 error when certain Guarantee tasks are present.  This issue has been addressed.


Known issues from this release:

  1. When duplicate schedules exist in the schedule import file, the error message is not very meaningful.
  2. Header record related error messages don't take into account monitor count column but if this column label is incorrect, the data in the monitor count column is ignored and the rest of the data is successfully imported.
  3. The Transfinder interface does not bring in student counts.  If incoming school is missing, stop details are not added.
  4. In the 'Rate import' log screen, record status filter is not yet added.



Release notes - Parent App

Bug fixes:

  1. There is an issue with the bus swap for a given day reversing itself at 12:00 AM GMT, resulting in the bus being not visible on the map or a wrong bus being visible on the map.  This is now fixed.
  2. The Bus Re-assignments screen in the web portal has been renamed to 'Bus Reassignments'
