Over time, it is possible for the automatic time synchronization feature in the Bytecurve Time Clocks to have a few seconds of drift introduced.  If you notice this on your Viewsonic timeclock, the following steps can be utilized to disable, and enable the Automatic Time setting on the device to re-synchronize with network time services.

First, from the Home Screen of the Time Clock, click on the Settings icon outlined in the screenshot below.

Next, from the Settings menu, select the Date & time option under the System heading, as shown below.

Click the toggle switch on the Automatic date & time option as shown below to disable the use of Network-provided time.  Please wait for about 1 minute with this toggle in the off position.

After waiting for about 1 minute, click the toggle switch again to re-enable the use of Network-provided time.  This will force an update of the time settings on the Viewsonic clock with Network-provided time services and eliminate any discrepancies between the time displayed on the Bytecurve 360 Timeclock and an atomic clock service.

If a discrepancy continues to display, please contact Bytecurve Support at support@bytecurve.com for further assistance.
