Launching Timeclock 360

First, launch the Timeclock 360 application, if it is not already running, from the home screen of the Time Clock.

 

Downloading The Update

Once you are at the home screen of the Timeclock 360 application, you will be greeted with a new button in blue indicating there is an “Update Available”.  Please click this button to start the download of the new Timeclock 360 application version.


 

Installing the Update

After clicking the blue button, you will be met with an indication that a new update is available to install.  Please click on the install button to begin the process.


After a few moments, you will be met with another prompt asking if you wish to install the downloaded update.  Once again, click the install button to proceed.


Verifying the Update and Launching the App

Following the installation, the app will close, and you will be presented with confirmation that the App Install completed.  From here, click “Open” to launch the new version of the Timeclock360 application.

 


This may prompt you for your activation code if it is your first time launching the application. If asked, enter your activation code. If not, proceed to the next step.  If you do not know your activation code, please contact support@bytecurve.com for assistance before proceeding.

 

If your clock has been previously activated, you should be returned to the home screen and a new version number should be displayed at the bottom of the screen, as highlighted below in red.  Your Time Clock has been successfully updated!
