Purpose of this document is to walk you through how to resume utilizing the DriveOn app after receiving a new mobile device, as only one mobile device can be linked with an employee record at a time.

After a mobile device is registered, your DriveOn  account is linked to that specific mobile device and only you are able to login with it and clock in/out of scheduled tasks for the day. If someone else tries to log in with their information on your registered mobile device, an error message will prompt.

Upon receiving a new mobile device you will need to unregister your old device from DriveOn, this will process a full removal of your Drive On app account, and the link is removed from the database.

The unregister from DriveOn app function is located in Bytecurve 360 in Set-Up -> Employees and editing the desired employee record as shown below using the pencil icon under action. Once the Unregister from Drive on app function is selected for this employee the link in the database is removed and a new device can be registered for this employee.  



After the unregister process is complete on the old device the next options include:

Register a new account on the new device with your Corporate Employee ID.

The old, unregistered device can be used and registered by a different employee if desired (in the case when there is a device that is passed from one Employee to another)


To register a new device in DriveOn app please click on “Register”

On the registration screen, fill in the access code that is given to you by your employer, your first and last name, and your employee ID. After that is complete, click "Register".

The congratulatory screen then presents you with the user ID needed to log in. You will also need to create a password for yourself. After creating a password that needs to be 8 characters long and have at least 1 upper case letter and 1 number, press complete.
