Re-activating Deleted Users

To re-activate a previously deleted Bytecurve 360 user, follow the steps below:

  1. Navigate to Admin > Manage Users.
  2. Click ‘Filter Options’ in the upper right corner of the screen.
  3. For the ‘Filter Criteria’ enable the ‘Inactive’ box before pressing Submit.



        4. Under the Action column, for the employee you wish to reactivate, press the  icon.

        5. The ‘Re-activate’ pop-out window will appear. Select the Roles, Locations and Customers for the user you wish to reactivate before finally pressing Save.



        6. The user will then receive a new welcome email that they can utilize to regain access to their account.
