Re-activating Deleted Users
To re-activate a previously deleted Bytecurve 360 user, follow the steps below:
- Navigate to Admin > Manage Users.
- Click ‘Filter Options’ in the upper right corner of the screen.
- For the ‘Filter Criteria’ enable the ‘Inactive’ box before pressing Submit.
4. Under the Action column, for the employee you wish to reactivate, press the icon.
5. The ‘Re-activate’ pop-out window will appear. Select the Roles, Locations and Customers for the user you wish to reactivate before finally pressing Save.
6. The user will then receive a new welcome email that they can utilize to regain access to their account.
