Using the Unassigned Bus/Employee Filter on the Dispatch Screen

 

On the Dispatch screen of Bytecurve 360 the user is able to sort through the data quickly by utilizing the five (5) buttons shown in the screen capture below.

The second button in will display all the tasks for a specified day with an unassigned vehicle, an unassigned employee, or in some cases both.

 

 It is important to note that as with all filters, there are certain criteria that the system looks for to distinguish how to sort the data. This filter in particular uses the information on the task codes level.

Every task code has the option of requiring a vehicle because a vehicle may not be necessary for the completion of the task as displayed below.

In cases where a vehicle is unassigned, and not required based on this setting, will not show when using the "tasks with unassigned bus/employee" filter. 

This is because the filter is only looking for tasks without vehicles where the vehicle is required.
