The "myView Board Manager" application comes pre-installed on all Viewsonic tablets and runs continuously in the background.  This app is reported to stop running at random and when that happens, a pop-up message is displayed.  If this message is super-imposed on the B360 clock application, it appears that there is an error with the B360 clock, but this message has nothing to do with the B360 application.

The immediate workaround to suppress these messages is to follow the steps detailed below:

1. Get to the list of applications on the tablet, click on the ‘Settings’ app:

2. The following screen is displayed.  Click on ‘Apps and notifications’ on this screen.

5. Click on ‘Force Stop’ to stop this application from running.  You will be asked to confirm, please click on ‘Ok’ to confirm that you do want to stop the app.

6. The 'Force start' button is now grayed out, indicating that the app is no longer running.

The above steps should prevent the error message from popping up at random.  The Bytecurve team is investigating further to understand the root cause behind this message and will provide further updates as and when available.
