Bytecurve360 (Scheduling & Dispatch, Time & Attendance)

Features:

No new features included in this release.

Enhancements:

  1. Uniqueness of runs added/refreshed via routing interface will be determined by combination of RPS ID and routing interface ID, allowing system to be able to process runs with same RPS ID from different interfaces successfully.
  2. Adjustment entries created after the transmission deadline for the prior pay period is passed will get associated with current pay period and will be candidates for transmission after this pay-period is locked.  This eliminates the need for the user to edit and save these entries to explicit associate the entry to the appropriate pay-period.
  3. On the Dispatch screen, certain changes have been implemented to improve the system response time when adding or changing the vehicle or employee assignment to a task.

Bug fixes:

  1. For both EZRouting and BusPlanner routing interfaces, address of the runs added through these interfaces were being displayed twice in stop details of routes and in the dispatch screen.  This has been fixed.
  2. For Transfinder Pro routing interface, if run being added/refreshed via this routing interface included at least one school whose school code was missing in B360, the system ignored all stop details, resulting in the Run being added without any Stops. The system now adds the Run with all its stops, and the school stop whose code is missing is added as a regular stop.
  3. For Traversa routing interface, if Run being added/refreshed via this interface has at least one stop with any of the address attributes missing, the system returns an error and none of the stops is added for that Run. This issue is now resolved, the system adds all stops, including those with partial addresses.
  4. In the schedule screen, while editing a task if the user clicks on the save button multiple times and there is a system latency then sometimes the system creates duplicate schedule entries for the same task-assignment. To avoid this, the system now disables the save button once it has been clicked.
  5. When the dispatcher cancels a task and then reassigns the employee to another task, the system would sometimes flag this as a conflict with the canceled task leading the user to spend a few extra seconds resolving the conflict. This issue is now fixed, going forward when a task is cancelled, the system considers the employee available during this cancelled time.
  6. Under certain situations, B360 users were getting an error while trying to deactivate DriveOn accounts from the web application.  Also, DriveOn app users were not able to deactivate their account from the mobile application. Both these issues are now fixed.
