Happy Monday! If you have a need to pay employees for a holiday on which they did not work, here’s how you can do this in Bytecurve360.


Note that the tasks scheduled for the day you need to pay employees for should have been generated per the usual nightly process, with task codes that pertain to home-to-school operations. To pay employees for this day, you need to change these to your ‘holiday-pay’ task codes and have these go through your normal payroll process 

        

    To accomplish this, follow these steps:

  • Navigate to the ‘Verify Hours’ screen under Payroll. Then select ‘Weekly View’ on the right-side of the screen.


  • Click ‘Frequently Used’ and select ‘Mass task code change.’


  • Specify the start and end dates for which to apply the task code update, then select your holiday task code from the ‘Update Task Code To’ drop-down menu.


  • Click the box next to each task you wish to update, then click the add button in the middle of the two tables to select those tasks to be updated.


  • Verify all of the tasks you wish to update are present in the table on the right before pressing ‘Update’ to finalize the change.
