This article applies to users of the following Bytecurve mobile applications:

MyView, Safestop, Where's My Kid, BusZone, DriveOn and Notify


If you would like to delete your account and related user data pertaining to any of the above applications, you may do so by navigating to the User Profile screen on the app and clicking on the Delete Account button.


You may also send a request to the Bytecurve support team to have your account deleted, along with any related application data, by following the steps below:

  1. Click on the following link: https://bytecurve.freshdesk.com/support/tickets/new
    This will open a support request form that you can complete and submit, to send to the Bytecurve support team.
  2. The Bytecurve support team will complete the deletion and send you a confirmation email to the email address provided on the form.
  3. A screenshot of the form with sample data is given below.  Please make sure you include the application name and your account ID in the description of the request.
