Please do not send Student Information to Bytecurve directly through email. This is a company policy and attempting to transmit such data in an insecure fashion puts your data at risk!

If there is a need for you to transmit student data to Bytecurve, such as to request troubleshooting of an upload of Student Data for the Parent App, please follow the instructions below to securely transmit the data.


Requesting a Secure Transfer URL


Write an email to Bytecurve Support (support@bytecurve.com) and use the subject “Secure File Transfer Request”.

Include in the body of the email that you are requesting a secure file transfer link and specify your Bytecurve 360 Location and the Customer the data is associated with, as shown in the example below.



After submitting this email, you will receive an automated response from the Bytecurve Helpdesk confirming your case number and that your case has been received.



Utilizing the Secure File Transfer Portal

As quickly as possible, the Bytecurve Support Team will reply to your case with a link that permits you to transmit your file(s) to us for further review, as shown in the example below.


After clicking the link in the email, you will be redirected to our Secure File Transfer Portal, powered by SendSafely.  Click to add your file(s) and once they have been added, click "Submit".

Confirmation of Transfer

After a Bytecurve Support Agent has confirmed the receipt of your file, you will receive a response via email referencing the case that was opened in the initial step to confirm that we have received your file(s).  

Please do not attach your files directly to any new messages or replies to support@bytecurve.com. Only submit new files utilizing the Secure Transfer Portal link provided to you. This link can be utilized multiple times as long as the case remains open with Bytecurve Support.
