Bytecurve360 (Scheduling & Dispatch, Time & Attendance)

New Features:

None

Enhancements:

  1. Added an option on the function to display the bread-crumb trail of a bus in the Dispatch screen, to display the yard and school geofence boundaries associated with a task so users can see whether a vehicle actually entered or returned to the defined yard or school area when reviewing GPS breadcrumb events.
Note: there is an issue in that the polygonal fences are displayed as circles; this is being looked into.
  2. As part of the busHive<->Bytecurve360 integration, added the following enhancements:
    • Provision to automatically synchronize employee information from Bytecurve360 to busHive whenever employee details are added or updated in B360.
    • Provision to automatically synchronize vehicle information from Bytecurve360 to busHive whenever vehicle details are added or updated in B360.
  3. Updated the 'Employee import' and 'Vehicle import' processes so all valid records are imported even when some records in the import file contain errors (instead of aborting the entire import process).

Bug fixes:

  1. Fixed an issue on the Payroll > Add/Deducts screen where sorting the table by task code did not correctly order the rows; the list now sorts properly in ascending or descending order based on the task code description when users click the column header.

Known issues:

  1. When creating a task for additional time from within another employee task in the Payroll Verification screen, there is an issue saving the record.  This will be corrected in a future release.
