Bytecurve360 (Scheduling & Dispatch, Time & Attendance)

New Features:

None

Enhancements

  1. Added a Customer Name filter to the Dispatch screen so users can quickly view task assignments for an authorized customer while retaining other selected filters.
  2. Route import enhancements:
    1. Route imports now use only active depots and validate that a default task code is configured, helping imports complete with the correct setup.
    2. Route imports now handle duplicate active yards, vehicles, or employees with a clear warning and continue processing the remaining records instead of failing with a generic error.
  3. Added a Dispatch filter to the Manual Generate screen, making it easier to include or exclude task assignments by dispatch type.
  4. Added a Role column to Manage Users so administrators can see and sort each user’s assigned roles
  5. Updated the Samsara GPS integration to receive odometer readings and make that information available to Bytecurve360 functions.

Bug Fixes

  1. Fixed an issue on the Weekly View screen where the count of unverified tasks did not update after verifying tasks unless the page was refreshed; the counter now updates automatically as soon as tasks are verified.

  2. Vehicle transfers now prevent a vehicle from being moved when it has completed tasks after the transfer date, and keep dispatch and schedule assignments aligned with the transfer.
  3. Resolved an issue where route imports could assign monitor sign-in and sign-out locations to the default depot even when a valid depot was provided. Monitor assignments now use the valid departure and return depots specified in the route import.
  4. Resolved an issue where tasks for employees transferred between locations could remain in the previous location during payroll verification. Transferred employees’ tasks now appear with the correct location.
  5. Resolved an issue that could prevent a recreated employee from registering a new DriveOn account when the employee number had been used previously.
  6. Resolved an issue where Guarantee overrides entered on the Weekly Payroll screen were not saved.
  7. Resolved an issue where the Daily Tasks reporting API could show a task as Not Started even though Dispatch showed it as Completed.
