The function of this document is to walk you through how to verify employee hours. Follow the steps below. If you want to know how to auto verify your hours, click here.
On the main dispatch screen, select Payroll, then select Verify Hours.
To verify employee hours, use the blank check toggle boxes underneath the red "Verify" button. The check box above "Verify" can check all the tasks listed to save time from manually checking all. Then to officially verify the selected tasks, select the red "Verify" button.
Verification options
The following can be toggled accordingly based on the status of the task that needs to be viewed on screen:
Option | Explanation |
Auto Verify | Tasks that have been verified through the auto verify function. |
Cancelled | Any tasks that have been canceled. |
Exported | For payroll integration, can be used in the future. |
Incomplete | Tasks that have not been clocked in or out upon completion. |
Pending Review | Tasks that payroll needs to verify/check. |
Verified | Tasks that have been manually verified by dispatch/management |
To the far right there is an "X" icon and a "..." icon. The "X" icon is for canceling a task. The "..." icon is for more actions.
After selecting the, "More actions" button, you will see three options. Note, Details, and Add Task. The "Note" option is a place where you can review any notes left by the driver or dispatcher during clocking in or out, and over the course of the day. "Details" gives a detailed view of clock in and outs as well as when the employee has departed and arrived at the desired location. The "Add Task" prompts a new task to be added, while the "Split Task" button can split a task into multiple different task codes.
