The function of this document is to walk you through how to create a task in payroll in Bytecurve 360.


First, at the dispatch screen select Payroll and then select Verify hours.


 

In the top right of the screen is a "Frequently Used" drop-drown menu that includes "Add Employee Task."



Once selected, a new screen appears and the following information is required for a new task: Task Code, Task Name, Customer Name, Dispatch, Start Date/Time, End Date/Time. Additionally an employee and a vehicle can be assigned to a specific task. Enabling the check box "Verified" approves that task with Payroll as soon as the red "Save" button is selected thereafter.
