You need your access code only when you create a new account. Once you have created your account, the system will not prompt you for your access code.
There is no need to enter a new access code each school year or when your student changes schools.
If your account was de-activated and then re-activated by the application support team, the system treats this as a new account and you will be prompted to enter your access code. At this time, you will need to get the current access code from your school district and enter it as part of onboarding with your re-activated account.
