For the bus tracking function to work as designed, you must have at least one bus selected. If you do not know what bus(es) your student(s) ride, please contact the Transportation Department of your student's school district. They may also have provided you with this information at the start of your school year.
Your district may also have a parent portal where you may be able to lookup the bus your student rides.
The application support team does not have any information about which bus a student rides.
