To find your student you must enter the Student ID, student's first name and last initial.  If the system is not able to find your student, it is possible that the student has not been added to the system yet, or has been added with an incorrect student ID, first name or last initial.

If your student's ID has any leading zeroes, please enter them as well when you try to find your student in the app.

If you believe that you have entered these correctly and are still unable to find the student, please click on Contact Support and send your student details, someone from support will get back to you.
