To receive notifications when your bus arrives at the school in the morning and when your bus departs from the school in the afternoon, make sure you have school notifications turned on. You can do so on the School Notifications screen from the main menu on the top left-hand corner.
Please note, you don't need to create alert zones at your student's school to receive school arrival and departure notifications.
