Please check the following if you are not able to see your bus:
1. Verify that your setup is complete: You should have (i) Selected the student(s) you want to follow, (ii) Added the buses they ride, and (iii) Created at least one alert zone.
2. The current time is within the tracking window for your bus. The bus is visible only during the tracking window for your zone, which is defined as:
School bound bus: From two hours prior to school start time to 30 minutes after school start time
Home bound bus: From 30 minutes prior to school end bell time to two hours after school end time
Any questions on the above, please check with your Transportation provider as this window may be different for you.
If you have enabled School Notifications but have not created any alert zone, you will be able to see the bus on the map only for one hour, from 30 minutes prior to school bell time to 30 minutes after school bell time. If you want to track the bus for a longer period of time, please make sure you have at least one alert zone.
