Please make sure you have enabled push notifications on your phone for this app. If not, your phone will block all incoming notifications. You will need to do this on your phone settings, this is not within the parent app.
There is also another setting within the parent app to turn notifications on/off, and this also needs to be turned on. However, to receive notifications you must enable notifications in both places, that is, in the phone settings as well as within the application settings.
